This overview is for convenience. The full statement below provides the details.
FX:Scape LLC ("FX:Scape," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making its digital services reasonably accessible and usable by people with disabilities. We seek to provide meaningful access to information about our business, communications, and services, as well as our website, applications, tools, and related digital content. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, testing, maintenance, and user feedback. We welcome reports of barriers and requests for assistance.
This statement addresses digital experiences operated or controlled by FX:Scape, including the public website, informational pages, contact and inquiry forms, customer-facing applications and tools, technical calculators, account and payment interfaces where offered, and documents, reports, and other digital materials we provide. It also describes how to request accessible assistance with business communications and services. Separate third-party systems, customer-controlled deployments, and external websites may have their own accessibility arrangements. Inclusion here does not mean every feature has been audited or determined conformant.
FX:Scape uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a design and improvement target for applicable web-based experiences. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and addresses accessibility for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. This target is not a representation or certification that every FX:Scape page, application, tool, or document currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. FX:Scape has not represented in this statement that a comprehensive independent audit establishes site-wide or product-wide conformance. We will revise specific conformance claims only when supported by appropriate evaluation.
Where practical and relevant to a feature, our accessibility work aims to support semantic page structure, descriptive headings and labels, meaningful link text, keyboard access, visible keyboard focus, adequate contrast, resizable text, responsive layouts, distinguishable control states, clear instructions and errors, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. We seek to avoid using color alone to communicate important information. We also consider motion, animation, flashing content, and users' reduced-motion preferences when designing experiences. These are goals and areas of attention, not assurances that every current screen implements each practice successfully.
Our applications and tools may present complex interactive elements such as charts, mathematical notation, dynamic forms, engineering diagrams, draggable controls, calculation tables, status indicators, and generated reports. Certain visual or interactive elements may be difficult to operate or interpret with keyboards, screen readers, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology. In particular, a diagram or color-coded safety indicator should not be the sole method of communicating a safety-critical result. We seek to provide labeled data, explanatory text, accessible status messaging, and alternative ways to obtain material results where practicable. Accessibility accommodations do not change the technical limitations, required professional verification, or safety warnings applicable to a tool under the FX:Scape Terms of Use.
Some downloadable PDFs, spreadsheets, exported calculations, legacy documents, images, audio files, or videos may not be fully accessible in their existing formats. On request, and where reasonably feasible and legally required, we will work to provide material information in a more accessible format or through another effective communication method. Requests may include text-based descriptions of meaningful graphics, an accessible digital copy of a document, clarification of tabular results, or another reasonable accommodation. Some content may include third-party or user-supplied material whose original accessibility we do not control.
FX:Scape may use third-party services for hosting, payments, forms, scheduling, communications, authentication, videos, maps, embedded content, or other functions. We consider accessibility when evaluating technology where feasible, but cannot independently guarantee that every third-party feature is accessible in all configurations. Where an essential third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can evaluate an alternative means of accessing the relevant service or information. A link to an external website does not constitute a representation of that website's accessibility.
Because the website, applications, and tools evolve, accessibility limitations may exist even if not yet identified or listed here. Potential problem areas include complex SVG or canvas graphics, dynamically updated calculator results, focus behavior within dialogs, horizontal scrolling of large data tables, drag-and-drop interactions, keyboard control of custom widgets, legacy exported files, and embedded third-party features. This statement does not claim that all of these limitations have been observed on every application, nor does the absence of a listed issue mean no barrier exists. We intend to document confirmed material barriers and prioritize remediation based on impact, safety, frequency of use, and technical feasibility.
If you experience a barrier or need information or a service in another accessible format, email terms@fx-scape.com or use the contact methods published at https://fx-scape.com/contact/. Please include, if you are comfortable doing so, the page or tool involved; the action you were trying to complete; a description of the difficulty; the browser, device, or assistive technology involved if relevant; and a way we can respond. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis or sensitive health information to request assistance. Please do not send account passwords or other security secrets. If an ordinary form is itself inaccessible, use another contact method listed on that page.
We will review accessibility reports and assistance requests and work toward a practical response appropriate to the circumstances. Urgent barriers preventing access to essential information or business services should be identified as urgent in the request. Depending on the issue, assistance may involve providing information through another format, explaining a calculation result in text, helping complete a business inquiry, or correcting an identified defect. We cannot promise that every requested modification is technically possible or completed by a fixed deadline; however, we will consider applicable legal obligations and the need for effective access. We will not require users to accept materially inferior access merely because a feature is complex.
FX:Scape intends to consider accessibility during design, development, and updates, and to use appropriate combinations of automated checks, manual keyboard evaluation, assistive-technology testing, document review, and user feedback when resources and circumstances permit. Automated tools alone cannot establish accessibility or WCAG conformance. Significant revisions, newly added functionality, and accessibility reports may inform prioritization. We may maintain internal records of reported issues, actions taken, and follow-up verification where appropriate.
This statement describes FX:Scape's accessibility approach and does not reduce or waive any rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, California law, or other applicable disability-access laws. The precise legal obligations applicable to a particular service or transaction depend on the facts and governing law. WCAG 2.2 AA is stated here as an improvement target, not as a blanket claim of legal compliance or a substitute for legal duties. The accessibility requirements applicable to public entities under Title II of the ADA should not automatically be assumed to govern FX:Scape as a private business; different obligations may apply under Title III and other laws.
We use information submitted in an accessibility request to understand the issue, communicate with the requester, arrange assistance, improve our services, and comply with applicable obligations. We ask users to provide only information reasonably necessary to address the request. Personal information is handled in accordance with the FX:Scape Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will not ask for medical documentation as a routine condition of reporting a website accessibility barrier.
We may update this statement as the website, applications, tools, accessibility practices, or legal requirements change. The published version will display its last-updated date. Revisions to this statement do not themselves amend separate customer contracts or alter rights that cannot legally be waived.
